Default 4 burned up alternators in less than 6 months

1990 Honda Civic EF hatchback. Bone stock except 1400 watt amp and small jvc aftermarket radio.

i don't know what's going on. First alternator the wires inside bunt to a crisp. Second alternator did the same thing a couple months later. Third alternator the Voltage regulator burned out and lights would get extremely bright when I give the vehicle gas. Now this 4th alternator the Voltage regulator burned up again.
this has all happened in the span of 6 months.

I want to believe the amp and subwoofer is doing it. But then I have a few friends with the same EF with bigger amps and subs than mine and they aren't having this issue.. I've checked the power wire and it's not grounding out anywhere. I've changed the ground from the battery to chassis and battery to block with a thicker higher quality wire. I need help. This is getting old quick.
and changing out the alternator wouldn't be such an issue if they didn't make it to where it doesn't come out without moving the air intake out the way.

It's the amp. The stock alternator is only 60amp I think. What's the fuse rating on the amp?

Oh wow thats not very much. The fuse is 100amps.
and 1400 watts to amps is 11.6 amps
1400 watts to volts is 120 volts.

Maybe stressing the alternators out

The math is 1400w at 14.5v ( alternator charging) is 96 amps

As far as I know there's no other way to get it out. I tried turning it every way I could and it doesn't fit out without unbolting the air intake. It won't fit out the bottom because the CV axle and subframe are in the way
