Hi first post, long time searcher.

Symptoms: main relay buzzing , clicking rapidly , solid check engine light no startup.

Issues: wiring done incorrectly.

Fix: switch pin from connector B on obd1 plug from 3 to pin 1 done.

 

I'm so glad I stumbled across this thread. This solved my no start issue on my hatch's d15b2 obd1 swap. I didn't have the main relay buzzing, but I did have no start, and check engine code 16 (fuel injector).
I was so confused because prior to the swap the car ran so reliably, and all I did was swap the dizzy and the ecu + harness... so it had to be one or the other.
B1 is the correct pin, and is one of the main relay ground pins, which is also the ground of the fuel injectors, which explains code 16. (no fuel)

Looks like there's a few eBay sellers selling a bad batch of harnesses, it was almost perfect! Always a good thing to double check things, thanks so much for this simple solution.
