Default 2005 CRV shifting problem

P0752 Shift Solenoid A Stuck On.

Multiple questions
Is the solenoid behind this cover?
Anyone have experience changing this?
Is there enough clearance to change it without adjusting the transmission?
Does the cover have a paper gasket?

I had same issue, would actually take off in second. I replaced solenoid and it helped for awhile but eventually had to start shifting on the column.
I have read many times if your trans fluid hasn't been changed in forever, you shouldn't change it. Not sure the bro science there but I see it often.
I think your going to need a new trans in a couple thousand miles

Might as well try replacing the inline atf filter to see if that makes a difference. It runs off a cooler line on the bottom side of the radiator.
