I found an exhaust manifold in Germany and it looks like the one i have. however the seller told me that it is for left hand drive cars, and he is not sure if it will fit a right hand drive vehicle

I dont think that it makes a difference, but can anyone more knowlegable then me confirm please?

I don't think there is any difference. At least none that I have heard of. In the US(LHD) we mount JDM(RHD) market headers on US market engines.
