This is my first time posting here. I dint know much about Honda’s but I like to wrench.
My brothers 07 Pilot is leaking coolant from the plate with the coolant hoses going to it under the throttle body. Does anyone know the name of the gasket under the plate and have a part number for it? Has anyone delt with this before?
Was also wondering if this motor would allow blow by through the oil fill hole if the rings weren’t seating like an older motor? It seems to be eating oil but was wondering if there was a leak. Just replaced the valve cover gasket closest to the firewall and the motor only has about 115k miles.
Anyway, checked the oil and it was close to the low mark.
This might not be the in the correct spot on this forum. Change her around for me if need be please!
Thanks everyone,

There is not a gasket there that Honda lists a part number for. Probably not an item designed to be serviced. Hard to tell for sure but that hose clamp looks suspect. Doesn't look like it is clamping correctly. Should probably remove the throttlebody for a better inspection.
Yes on the oil cap blowby test. Bad rings would cause air/smoke/stream to blow out of the oil fill hole.
What? A Honda consuming oil?! Yeah pretty common. I would recommend going away from the 0w20 oil to something a bit heavier and then drive it like you stole it (after fully warmed up) for 1000 miles to get the cylinder pressures and temperatures up. This will typically free up any stuck or dirty rings.
Sorry for the late update. I told my brother to try the hoses and it’s working so far. He got some new clamps on there too. He’s been driving it with no problems.
Thanks for the help!!!! These places are the best and where true professional and car lovers live.
