gasket blown?

Default gasket blown?
ok so i have a intake gasket blown and since its a supercharged B20z-v. the problem is that when i start it up and it clims and idles at 3k never drops down even when warm. I took the TB gasket off and it was not stuck to the blower casing or the throttle body just kinda loose.

bad gasket or not a good seal between the two..
