Feedback Request: Will this CX racing turbo kit for th '14 civic Si make 400whp?
I have recently bought the cx racing turbo kit for my 14 civic Si .I was wondering if this turbo will flow 400 hp seems small to me, I’ve heard mixed reviews about cx racing and there specs on things was looking for someone who has used this turbo or is familiar with it

Size-wise, basically that's the older 50 "trim" sized turbocharger, and can make 400 to the wheels, (or 590bhp), but must be done with higher-knock resistant fuel for a little safety. The K-series engine is very robust and can make easily 350whp on 93 octane, so there should be no worry there, but again, this is with pressures over 10-13psi or so.
As for longevity, hehe. They can work if very well-cared for, but if it dies, don't expect a repair. So, sure, give it a shot.

The further away the better, yes. I had horrible cylinder to cylinder distribution issues with the nozzle mounted 6" away from the throttle body. You have to take into account the location of the blow off valve though. If the nozzle is mounted before it, you will blow a fine mist of water and methanol all over the engine bay whenever you lift.

Distance to throttle body depends upon the content of methanol in the system. The higher the methanol content, with the higher temperatures, comes better atomization. You want it to atomize as it enters the TB, not as just a condensed mixture. I use a 80/20 concentration mix using Yellow Bottle Heat, and not the Snow performance mixture.
Even your Snow Performance company recommends having the nozzle before throttle body. They keep it vague (per usual), but really just before TB is where I've seen best results with a one nozzle system, like a 550cc injector.
Here's a link to the other places where you can place the nozzle, but DO NOT PLACE IT AT THE TURBOCHARGER INTAKE.. (location 1 below). THAT WILL DESTROY THE COMPRESSOR WHEEL BLADES OVER TIME.
