What does it take to make 350-450whp on a Boosted D16Z6 w/ $600?
I have a bottom end built d16z6 with cp pistons, eagle rods, arp head studs, block guard, acl race bearings. The head is stock, h22 throttle body, skunk2 manifold, 1150cc injectors, 450 walbro fuel pump, e85 and a gt2871 eBay turbo That’s putting out 320hp. I am trying to go for more power, maybe somewhere from 350 to 450 if possible and safe. I need some help finding another turbo that can help me reach my goal but won’t have as much lag, maybe dual/single ball bearing and hopefully no more then 600.00. This might not even be possible but it’s worth a try. I am not trying to do more changes other then the turbo and the wastegate.

What exhaust manifold flange do you have? Go from there if you don’t want to change any more parts. Try the next size up in turbos that have that flange.

With so many turbos out in the market that’s where I am struggling.

if you are not looking to switch manifolds, id block the internal wastegate and run an external gate. up the boost a bit and reach your goal.
log manifolds has its limits...same with internal gates. upping boost on internal gates may create leaks

your dp looks quite small as well
Looks like a SPA manifold, not exactly a "log" design I think. Hard to tell exactly how big the DP is, but yeah if OP is going for 350+ I'd suggest a full 3" exhaust.
I have no input for OP as far as a quick spooling, ball bearing, 400HP capable turbo that's $600 or less. Don't think you'll be able to find that unless you continue to browse Chinese/Taiwan/etc off brand turbos and hope for the best.

yes. a quality BB turbo is not gunna happen with $600.00
from 350hp to 450hp is a large jump in power goals.
narrow down your hp goal and find what will work for you.
i do believe that the turbo size you currently have is capable of hitting that 350-360hp goal.
if you want to be more towards that 450hp range, then yes, the turbo will be one of your limiting parts.
best advice i can give you is to speak with your tuner.
and experience tuner will be able to tell you what is limiting your hp

I kind of figured that I would not have that much luck finding one. Any suggestions on good turbos?

I can vouch for the setup DAX has. His car is a street beast and runs mid 11 second in the 1/4 mile as a full weight street car with power steering and AC

Whats you budget for both new turbo and manifold ?

Unless you know someone who will give you the hook-up, you will need to bump up your budget. My nephew in Cali custom fabbed my setup for me (ram horn manifold, DP, FMIC piping) for around $600. On 18psi of boost, car makes 350HP....on E85, Neptune software.

You can get a good condition (you much check it or find a GOOD % seller on ebay) evo x turbo, and find someone to fab a divided manifold and downpipe for like 600-700$. Since you will be using the internal wastegate as external (two exits on the turbine housing flange) your fab shop will be able to give you a lower price cause they wont have to fab wastegate exits.
It will be aroun 1000-1200 for a turbo + manifold combo. Plus you can can sell you turbo/manifold/dounpipe for like 200-300$.
The evo x turbo will make 400 on e85 and if you do a proper divided setup it will spool VERY fast... That what i used for my stock block b16. Really nice setup.
