Default 98 Honda Civic won't stay running

Hey, im new to here. I've looked on multiple forums and some people have problems close to mine but not exact. I have a 98 Civic Dx. When I try to crank it, it either won't start or will idle very rough. I've replaced the IACV, distributor, spark plugs, plug wires, tested the starter and battery and they are good, the fuel pump and fuel filter. The fuel filter was the last thing to replace and was clogged so when I cranked it with the new filter it was great and idled great but was leaking fuel from the filter line from a missing copper ring. When I took it back off to add it, the car went back to idling super rough then a CEL came on saying 4 cylinders were miss firing. I'm running out of options. There are 212000 miles on the car. They is power running to all the injectors. Thanks for the help
