Default Troubleshooting, Base Hatchback running lean

My 1991 Civic has been running lean (15.3 compression ratio), but there is no check engine light.
The spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, air filter, fuel injectors, and ignition coils have all been replaced recently, and the fuel filter is next.
Any insight into what might be causing this, would be greatly appreciated.

Did replacing fuel filter solve the problem?

A vacuum leak may cause that. Did you have this issue previous to all the parts you replaced? Where are you seeing 15.3 AFR? Idle, Cruse, WOT?

Hi everyone, I know it’s been a while. I just wanted to say thank you for the responses and let you guys know that it turns out it was a faulty o2 sensor causing the issue.
