Default Transmission problem

Hi all just bought a 2003 EP3 and I am having transmission problems. When I release the clutch car doesn't not move. I was told by previous owner that the clutch just died when driving home from work one day so he parked it. I took the transmission out of the car and the clutch is brand new along with pressure plate. I split the transmission to inspect gears and forks and everything is in working order. Slave cylinder works. Clutch fork and throw out bearing brand new. Can anyone help?

This is a $200 service manual for the K20a2 and the K20a3, of course it is free. It has a the troubleshooting information you could ever want. I am sure you will find your answer in there. Enjoy Sir.

Just because the clutch is NEW doesn't mean it is a quality product nor does it mean it MUST work properly... and do not forget that the flywheel could be the issue. What brand of "brand new" clutch do you have ? When the clutch pedal is dperessed, do you SEE movement at the slave cylinder on the release arm (at least 5/8" or more) ?
