Icon7 manual conversion coolant lines

Hey guys,
This might be a dumb question but looking through videos and forum posts, I couldn't find what to do about the coolant lines running from the radiator to the auto trans. I am doing the manual swap but I don't want to commit to it until i'm clear on what to do. Do I plug up the holes from the radiator or something?
Thanks in advance.

It’s not coolant in the lines, it’s ATF. You can swap in a manual radiator or just leave the ports open.

... or cap them so that moisture doesn't pool inside the ATF cooling tube and corrode/rot it.
