Default Looking for help building Obd2a - Obd2b conversion harness

Body: 96 CX hatch (Obd2a)
Engine: B16A2 from 99-00 Si
Harness: 96-98 EX 5-spd (Obd2a)
ECU
: P2T from 99-00 Si (Obd2b)

Just putting together a cheap build with a stock swap using leftover parts I already have lying around.

Trying to build my own jumper harness to use the 2a engine harness with the 2b ECU.

These are the pin locations I have from the info on FFSquad/Phareable, anyone confirm this is correct?

Pin D13 on the 2a harness is Secondary O2 Sensor Ground but couldn't find it on the 2b pinout. Should it just be grounded to body?

These can be purchased for next to nothing... why on earth would you bother to create one ?

A Rywire harness is $165, plus I'm in Canada so shipping & duty will bring it to over $200. Like I said I have all the parts I need & no issues depinning or rewiring.

I take it back. OBD2B to OBD2A conversion harnesses are $15 on ebay, but for some reason, there aren't any A to B conversion harnesses.

I know it doesn't make sense, since both should be just as easy to make. I can build one in no time as long as I have the right pinouts.

The secondary oxygen sensor Sensor Ground wire goes to junction connector C115, which is from PCM Connector C18.

Thank you. So it ties into SG2, which is D11 on 2a ECU and C18 on the 2b ECU?
