I've never seen a head gasket leak externally, that'd be a first lol. In your picture, what is that rusty bit to the left of that hose? Does that have anything to do with the leak? Is that a freeze plug?
I would not suggest replacing head bolts 1x1. You'll end up with leaking somewhere else.

I would try a coolant pressure test while it's cold AF outside and engine is dead cold.

Where the pipe goes into the head looks problematic. Can you clean the area?

What year model was the other CR-V? Most cars will develop problems after 15 years anyways, maybe buy a relatively newer vehicle for the next one?
