IAT Sensor/SRS - Driver's Side
I have 2002 Honda Accord EX, 2.3L VTEC, previously a F23A1, R/R w/ an F23A. I have a low voltage code on the IAT sensor, R/R IAT sensor, code will not clear.
SRS - Driver's side. I've removed the Driver's seat, no issue with the wiring, used a test light and have power to the main red wire. I checked the sockets on the SRS box underneath the console, all appear to be securely attached. I did loosen the three wire ground underneath the radio on the left side, underneath the console. I thought that was a console bolt but tightened it after I realized it wasn't a necessary fastener for the console.
Problems started after I switched the engine from F23A1 to F23A. From what I was told by the vendor I bought the engine from, the engine swap shouldn't be a problem. Any information would be greatly appreciated, this issue is racking my brain!

You should still post the actual trouble codes.
In regards to the IAT, since you mentioned the problems started after switched the engines, the harness connectors for the IAT and PSP switch may have been incorrectly connected.
The IAT connector wires should be Red/Yel and Grn/Blk. The PSP switch connector wires should be Grn and Blk.
The PSP will not throw a trouble code.

I did a similar thing when I dropped in my F23A. I got an error code and was able to scan the codes and just look at the outputs. It showed the Temp being completely off. Swapping those two sensor connectors to their rightful location fixed it.
Here are the exact Scan Codes from my Zurich Scan Tool:
P0112 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor - 1 Circuit Low Input
SRS - 9-3 Faulty Driver's Seat Belt Buckle Switch
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

1. For P0112, see my post above (#3), the connectors may have been incorrectly connected.
2. For the seat belt buckle, Honda usually covers that under the seat belt lifetime warranty for older model Hondas. Check with your local dealer.
Otherwise, some people have been able to clean and lubricate a sticky micro-switch in the buckle assembly.

If you look at the IAT and look further down, as in lower below the intake manifold, you should see it there.
The PSP switch is on the power steering pressure hose, located under the left rear of the engine compartment.

The micro-switch is inside the buckle assembly. You can see it starting at the 11:13 mark in this video.
Some people just spray contact cleaner and/or WD40 into the buckle without disassembly it.

Thanks for the Help! I fixed all my issues and cleared the codes but then another issue happened. I was driving on the freeway and everything as fine. I got to the bottom of the ramp and the engine died. I drove another mile and the car wouldn't start. I replaced the Fuel Pump Relay and everything seemed fine. I got home and the problem started again and I replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator and the problem seemed to go away. If I keep the car at 1200 RPM, it won't stall out, but if drops below 1000 RPM, it dies instantly. I couldn't find a file filter so I am guessing it's in the tank along with the pump? Any other suggestions? I have no trouble codes displayed. When I ran a scan earlier, all systems (OBD, SRS, ABS, Emissions, Transmission) showed no issues. Any thoughts or suggestions?
