2021 Hybrid Touring Key Fob will not start vechicle
Hello, I have a 2021 Hybrid Touring with about 700 miles on it as of today. I was installing a dash cam with a hard wire kit that came with some fuse taps, etc... everything went well, dash cam was installed and working properly. I tapped into two spots without fuses, one that has power when the car is off and another that has power only when the car is on. Everything went well so I though while I was at it... I have a phone charger I'd like to hard wire in as well since it sits on my window near the drivers door. I cut off a female 12v cigarette light receptical and identified the positive and negative, used a fuse tap, but got it wrong the first time, it was constantly on and I only want it on when the car is on. Got under the dash again with my tester light and started poking around, went to start the car again and nothing... absolutely nada, keyless start button does not light up nor do anything. Keyfob still works the doors, etc. I check every fuse with an ohm meter and all fuses are good (both under dash and under hood). I'm at an absolute loss... I have googled, called a friend who is a service tech at Honda with no luck, though he's already a few bourbons into the night. Any ideas?
Been at this most of the day with no luck. Some other things I've tried.
1. Tried both key fobs, don't think this is a fob or batter issue.
2. Disconnected the negative terminal of the battery, no luck
3. Pulled some fuse blocks per another post with an identical issue, checked and re-installed. This is supposes to reset the ECU, no luck.
4. All fuses good, checked for third time, no luck
5. Saw something about resetting the ant-theft system, at this point I"ll try anything. Used the key portion of the fob and unlocked, locked, unlocked, this didn't work.
I guess if there is no other suggestions, I'll have it towed to the dealership tomorrow and hopefully they can fix it.

You've mentioned you checked the fuses already.
These are the relevant fuses. Check the No. A1, No. A2-1, No. A2-5, No. A5-5, No. A27, No. A40, No. B5, and No. B9 fuses. Fuse A are under-hood and B are under-dash. A2-1, A2-5 are part of the combined fuse. A5-5 is part of another combined fuse.

Fuses were all checked with an ohm meter and good. I did not try an OBD reader because the car can't even turn into accessory mode or anything and I believe it would need to have some power for the OBD reader. Fobs will lock/unlock doors and trunk, but that's all.
