Ok, so i replaced my hadard button/clock, radio, climate control, basically the whole center dash area in my 2001 Accord EX Coupe but now i can push the hazard button and turn the key back and remove it while the car remains on, if the car is already off i can hear it engage the fuel pump and light up the whole dash but the hazards do not blink and i have to manually use my turn signal lever to make my blinkers flash, the only light out is the one in back window and the light and hazard fuses are all good.

 

I have the same problem man but I did a manual swap I have a 98 accord and put a 2002 dash in with all the wiring from a 2002 have u solved it yet

 

The wiring pin-outs for the hazard switch are different for a 98 vs 02 Accord.

 

Is that y the blinkers are not working as well

 

Yep.

 

I use the 02 harness on the passenger side firewall an engine harness the only harness that’s a 98 is the driver side firewall harness

 

Hey I have this problem for 98 honda accord lx and when I hit the hazard button the blinkers don't work all it does is chime the dash on like I've turned the key into the 2nd stage... what fixes this?

Hi, I had a similar due to a faulty turn signal relay. Maybe you should consider replacing it. Although I heard sometimes you just need to wiggle or clean the contacts.
