I am a newbie to this site, and your help with my car would be much appreciated.
I am the owner of a 2006 Honda Accord EX Coupe with the V6 3.0 VTEC engine. With the car only having 111,000.00 miles on it, I have serious issues with this car, where the car cuts out on me randomly at times when I accelerate mostly from a dead stop, and get a U0107 code when I pulled it up on my OBD scanner, along with other multiple check engine light codes.
The first mechanic I took my car to said that there may be a short in the wiring, which is causing the car to cut out on me, therefore he suggested that I should take my car to Honda, because they're more experienced with their own cars, and are more equipped to diagnose a short in the wiring. So, he thought!
Well, I was reluctant to go to Honda because of their high labor cost, and I was not confident that they would find the problem, however I wound up going to Honda after having several mechanics fail at finding what is causing my car to cut out on me.
Thinking it may be the computer, I had bought a used computer and went to have a locksmith program it, however the locksmith was not able to program the computer, so I wound up going to Atlantic Honda here in New York to have them program the computer and have my car inspected. And the mechanic there said to me that they needed to check out the wiring before they could install that computer, to rule out a possible short in the system. A few hours latter the car was ready to be picked up with the new computer installed, but they did not check the wiring!
When I drove about 20 miles away from Atlantic Honda, the check engine light came on, with the car still cutting out!
I bring my car back to Atlantic Honda and explained the problem, and after Atlantic Honda had my car for 3 weeks, they tell me that the computer I gave them to install was bad, and that they would have to order a new computer for the car, well Honda discontinued that computer for my car, therefore Atlantic Honda had to get a used computer from the junk yard, and that computer was bad. Then they had to order a second computer from the junk yard, and that one they say was good.
I get a call from Atlantic Honda that the car passed inspection and that my car would be ready to be picked up in a couple of days, but the car was not ready, because when I called them back to confirm my picking up the car, they tell me the car is not ready because there is another problem with the car! Now I am told that the car needs a meter assembly, after they now pass the car for inspection! Now that they installed the computer and the meter assembly, that still did not fix the car! Now an engineer gets involved at Atlantic Honda and tells them it's the coil packs, they install the coil packs and that fixed nothing. Now they tell me it's the dash board wiring harness and the fuse box at an additional cost to me of $1100.00 which I did not go for, because at this point I felt Atlantic Honda is just throwing parts at the problem, therefore I am left to believe that they can't fix their own cars, period.
Atlantic had my car for two and a half months, and the car was returned back to me because I did not feel justified in paying the additional $1100.00 on top of the $2700.52 that was charged to me already, and there was no certainly that the dash board wiring harness and fuse box was going to fix my car, therefore Atlantic Honda returned my car back to me with all the same problems I brought my car in to have fixed!
By the way, I did not pay for this inferior work performed on my car by Atlantic Honda, and when my credit card company looked into the matter they reversed the charges. Sorry for the long-drawn-out story, but I was not able to tell it any other way.
Any suggestions on what can be done to fix my car?

Not trying to be rude but you started this by throwing a random part into the car without knowing if that's really the problem and forced the dealer's hand a bit by telling them what to do, which i'm sure they gladly did and took your $.
Did you check all connections, clamps, etc.?
what does cut out mean? the engine stalls or all electric in the car dies. Electric shorts are pretty hard to diagnose
not really helping here but just adding my perspective
As I go to accelerate from a dead stop, the engine will cut out immediately, like as if it ran out of gas! I was thinking, is it possible one of the relays is bad, either the main relay, or a fuel pump relay?
All the connections are good, as far as what I can see.

Vehicle diagnostics is a specialized field. Probably 90% of "mechanics" in the field are incapable of performing extensive diagnostic testing(this is particularly true of dealer technicians, who often have no incentive to further their diagnostic ability as there is little to no monetary value in it for them)
FSEs(Field Service Engineers) are hardly any better.
Give me your location(city, state) and I will see if their is a diag specialist in your area that I can refer you to.(be warned that they are not cheap, but will almost guarantee an answer with out unnecessarily replacing parts)
There is no stalling, the engine just shuts down dead.
And I think it would have to be an electrical short in the wiring, because a long with the U0107 code, lost communication with throttle actuator control, I also pulled up 18 other check engine light codes.

I told them you were a friend of a friend(and not a random from the internet, lol) Call either one and go with who you feel most comfortable with. You can tell them Rudy from Diagnostic Network gave you their number.

If they are unable to help, my advice would be to have your car towed to South Main Auto. The owner is the most honest and knowledgable mechanic there is and he happens to be located in NY.
