Icon6 a message to HONDA

Hello

My name is Efthymios Vaitis and I bought from the car dealership of Trikala Greece the HONDA CIVIC with the chassis number SHHFK17609U003658.
I am writing to complain about the many problems with my car, and the conduct of officers in Trikala, Greece.
The car ordered on 05 December 2008, received on 6 March 2009 and is now in the car dealership garage without giving substance to the solution.
Upon receipt of the car I noticed that it goes left!
After the alignment that the workshop of the car dealership did, I noticed that it goes right!
The result was to destroy the tires which the car dealership replaced.
Also I found in washing, water that entered in the luggage place!
The car dealership insisted that all the damage repaired, but I noticed that problems still existed.
When I returned the car in Trikala car dealership and I said that was not enough to solve the problems and that I would like to replace it, Mr. Lokas the controller of car dealership said: The car has no problem and henceforth cut your neck!
Given that your cars pass through quality control assume that the car was hit during transport, repaired and sold to me problematic.
Since I am in despair because I know the reliability and validity of HONDA I ask you to consider my problem and help me to found a solution
I inform you that the car dealership of Trikala Greece don’t give a dime about the good name and prestige of HONDA!!!!

Ps: from the Greek car leadership of HONDA Ι did not found any solution.

Thank you

you do know that honda does not own this forum right? that their representatives do not browse this for comments about their vehicles.

im sorry you are having issues with your car, but this forum is not where to go, unless you are looking for tech responses to fix it yourself.

go back to the dealership and take it up with them.

or call honda directly and file a complaint.
