Someone help me please. I've been searching for an 02 for 2 years now. I have a 99 DX coupe that needed an O2 swap after an exhaust system swap, the shop I took her, to threw away the bad sensor and it just so happened to be that 2 prong style and all I can find anywhere is the 4 prong(heated) ones. I live in Ohio if that makes a difference, was told my motor was japanese as in a JDM. Does any of this make sense?
Yes, that is your reverse light engine harness plug... it DOES connect to the two pin plug with the pair of green wires (one is green and the other is actually green with a black stripe).

Okay, I vaguely remember my reverse light not working after I started dicking around with the 02. So my question is where does my upstream plug into because I see no other connectors.
Do you still have the original '99 DX engine harness installed in the car ? If so, BOTH primary and secondary O2 sensor 4-wire plugs should be right there in the vicinity of the reverse lamp plug. In fact, at least one of them should clip to the rusty retaining bracket in your photo bolted to the transmission case at the top front corner where it meets the engine block. If by chance the wiring is tucked down low below the distributor, it may have an extension harness connected to it so that the Primary O2 sensor can be mounted in a bung near the back end of the header... a common location for aftermarket headers and the stock location on an EX D16Y8 engine. Look closer.

I'm not sure. When I bought the car the seller told me the engine had just been rebuilt, there was never an upstream sensor on it since I've had the car. The previously mentioned 2 prong yellow an green connector was on that rusted corner retainer, I just didn't bother to put it back. I was told in my search that my engine is Japanese (that was their reasoning for the 2 prong sensor) and the Vin on the tranny doesn't match the car. Thanks so much for your help so far by the way.

That is just TOTAL BS. Don't ever listen to the person who told you this. The tranny not matching the vehicle VIN is no big deal.
So, let's try and identify your engine harness. Does your ECU plug DIRECTLY into the the engine harness plugs or do you have an adapter harness ? Look closer at the wiring bundle below the distributor to see if some connectors have been cut off... you may have to remove some tape and loom to assess this.
