I need some help with my 95 honda civic lx it's cranking but no fire and I replaced the fuel pump and distrubuter cap and rotor and the spark plugs
And checked all the fuses.
There was oil around the threads of all 4 spark plugs but according to my husband that has nothing to do with it not firing. (I think otherwise) Please help I've missed two days of work and can't afford to miss anymore work and I have already spent every cent I have.
Thank you in advance
It is difficult to offer advice without going through the troubleshooting steps for a crank but no start. Guessing can be expensive.
One quick thing you can check is your main relay. When you turn the ignition two clicks (ignition turned on but not far enough to crank) you can hear the fuel pump run for 2 seconds and then shut off. If you don't hear the pump running the relay is probably bad.
Here is a good link to troubleshooting no starts. If you have a friend that has some mechanical knowledge she/he may be able to use the link to assist you.

Then you need to verify spark at the spark plugs. Using a HE spark plug tester you need to verify each plug is seeing bright white/blue spark not yellow/orange spark.
And you say you have fuel to the injectors, do you have fuel coming out of the injectors? A noid light will indicate if you have injector pulse.
If you have spark and injector pulse, the last area to check is compression. Personally I suspect a spark problem. If you confirm no spark we can go through the distributor tests.

There is fuel coming out of the injectors but very weak spark got battery charging as we speak
Weak spark typically indicates a weak coil. You replaced the cap and rotor so that shouldn't be it, that leaves the coil being you are seeing spark so the should mean the ICM is doing it's job for spark timing.
