Hey guys I could use some help/input on a problem with my accord, the car developed that rattling noise at start up a few k miles ago,I installed the updated chain tensioner.. noise still there when I started it up again plus some strange noises also,I know it jumped time and was off a tooth.checked compression and all cyls were good between 138-147 so I can be sure no bent valves,I removed the timing cover and installed a new chain, guides and vtc gear, reinstall timing cover ,change oil and filter. Start car and it idles really smooth for about 5 seconds then just dies every time with engine light on codes are P0088,P0341,P0300,and P0301,before I replaced the tensioner there were no problems except the start up rattle, car ran great,I pulled the plugs and replace with new because it was time, they were gas fouled from the high fuel pressure,Ive removed timing cover to verify timing marks are correct twice now...Help?!

 

What ended up being the problem? My 2015 K24W1 has a failing VTC, and all the repair guides I find online are for the earlier engine with the cams reversed. How'd you get your intake cam out of the head to change the VTC? Earlier K24's say you can just lift one end of the intake cam to generate slack, but there's no way to do that on the Earth Dreams engine. I'm putting things back together until I get this figured out. Thanks!
