Turbo Del Sol 1.5
So I have been doing a ton of research and I wanted to get verification that my list looks good. I plan on turboing my otherwise stock 193 del sol 1.5l and try to make about 200hp. The kit comes with the basics to plumb a turbo including: turbo, turbo manifold, intercooler, intercooler piping, wastegate, oil lines and a bov. Here is my list of "other stuff" I need to make it work:
-walbro 255lh fuel pump
-new fuel filter
-Do I need a fuel rail or does stock work?
-Do I need fuel injectors (if so what do you recommend)?
-I still need to figure out the exhaust as well. Any recommendations?
-oil filter sandwich plate (for turbo oil feed and oil pressure sensor)
-a/f ratio gauge
-boost gauge
-hondata s300
-tune at local shop once shes all put together
Am I missing anything and any other recommendations?
Thanks!

Stock fuel rail is fine - save your money there. What fuel will you be running? I would recommend getting some 440+ cc/min injectors. You may need adapters to plug them in to your harness, depending on what brand/style you buy.
What is your budget for exhaust? A 2.5" will be absolutely fine...it doesn't even have to be mandrel bent or SS if you're on a tight budget.
How much boost do you plan to run? You may need an aftermarket MAP sensor if more than a few psi.
Don't just buy an AFR gauge - you will want a wideband sensor and gauge.
Go ahead and plan to have the capacitors in the ECU replaced.
Here are other things you'll need to budget/plan for:
Oil return fitting on oil pan
A set of colder spark plugs (BKR7E)
Clearance for your turbo/manifold - will it clear the radiator fan? AC components? Other stuff?
Clutch
Fabrication - even the best kits will likely require at least some welding

I will be running 93 and copy that on the injectors. I will see what I can find. It would be nice to not have to modify the harness for simplicity sake but not a big deal if I need to. Do you know of any plug and play 440 injectors?
For the exhaust I am not on a tight budget but I am trying to make this budget friendly. No need to spend a crazy amount of money, I really just want it to sound good.
I will be running around 8-10lbs of boost. Does that require a new MAP?
My A/F gauge comes with a sensor. I should have been more specific so it looks like I am good there.
Thanks for the BKR7E spark plug recommendation!
For clearance I will have room as the AC stuff has been removed a while ago. And I look forward to the fabrication! That will be the fun part when things dont fit haha.
I hope I can get away with the stock clutch for now and replace it down the road.
Thanks for the suggestions and help!
I would get some modern Bosch-style / EV14 injectors and run some adapters like
. I run these adapters on my car. I think I had to cut out one little tab inside the injectors so they would plug into my OBD1 harness, as they are made to work with OBD2. You may be able to find ones that are a direct plug-n-play with OBD1 with some searching.
I've heard of people having good luck with a vibrant muffler welded onto some 2.5", but honestly, I've been a huge fan of Thermal R&D's exhaust on turbo Civics for a long time, and that's what I run. Not the cheapest thing out there, but it is stainless steel so it will last, and it sounds great. Not sure if they make one for a Del Sol, though. The turbo will actually muffle quite a bit of sound. A muffler with a larger can (like an oval one) will give a good deep tone. Just stay away from the smaller round mufflers unless you like it raspy.
Stock MAP is good for almost 11 psi.
You'll be replacing the clutch sooner than later. It would suck to pay for a dyno day and have your clutch slipping - you've basically gotta come back to finish the tune and pay again. Spend the $350 now and get a good clutch. I'm a fan of Competition Clutch. The Stage 2 can hold 80% over stock torque (~190 ft-lb) and the Stage 3 can hold 150% over stock torque (~265 ft-lb). You'd probably be OK with the Stage 2 with your power goals, and the pedal shouldn't feel too heavy. Just make sure you buy a sprung disc.

For the EV14 injectors, will they fit in the head/fuel rail or will you need bowl-adapters?
I guess I will have to bite the bullet and do the clutch first then. I didnt really want to add another step to the list haha.
