Have a 99 civic Lx, Here's the issue car will start when operating temp is in the cold to barley elevated temp range. Car runs great no issues until you turn it off and its at normal operating temp. Will crank but no start. Let it cool back down 25 min or so car fires right back up no issues.
I've replaced all of the following parts :Fuel pump,, main relay next to glove box, Ignition control module, coil, distributor, rotor, cap and plugs There are zero codes being thrown HELP

 

Have you tested the ECT?

Beat me to it lol! damn ECT sensors can cause some funky things!
