Default Help:93 Civic EX will not start if temp goes above 80 degrees

If it gets to anything over 80 degrees, the
car will NOT start! Anyone have any ideas? I know the distributor
needs to be replaced (it's leaking into the distributor cap), but I
don't think that's what it is. I spent 1 hour trying to get it
started last night, even tried to push start to no avail. I didn't
have any tools to check for ignition and fuel, but the last time this
happened, I checked for fuel and spark and both were good. I replaced
the cap and rotor last time too, and I thought that solved the
problem, but it hadn't been ~80 since then.

check your PGM-FI main fuel relay, it should be under the left side of the dash near the fuse box somewhere, take it out and split the case on it and see if you can see a small crack in any of soldered connections, I have seen this happen on a pretty regular basis, and the only symptom is a hard start in the hot weather, if you have a soldering gun you can fix it yourself by resoldering the connection, hop that helps

Cool, I'll look for that. I had the Cooling fan relay go bad a while back, and I ended up replacing the battery, and spending a week trying to find it.
Thanks.

What exactly is leaking into the distributor?

oil..I think it needs to be replaced, but I don't think this is what's causing it not to start. It still doesn't start even after I clean it out with a rag.
