Default B16A Crank, No Start

Took car down for a while to go through it all. During the process swapped out nearly all sensors, distributor, gaskets, hoses, and other parts that won't have anything to do with a no start such as intake, TB, header, exhaust. Car has lots of new parts, brand new battery, all new power cables and extra ground cables so grounds are not the issue.

So far I've checked:

1. 12v at all 4 fuel injector clips
2. Underhood and dash fuses are good
3. Sensors are all plugged in
4. Fuel at the fuel rail.
5. Plugs and plug wires both are brand new.
6. Put screwdriver in spark plug boot, no spark. Put spark plug in boot, no spark.

Removed the distributor, I have a feeling something is not right with it, it was an ebay special but I replaced the coil with accel and replaced igniter with oem/Hitachi. Not sure why it wouldn't work but ebay so go figure. I bought 2 at once, so I'll try the other stock distributor and see what happens.

Any ideas so far based upon the above? I spent a lot of time researching and I dont thinknkts timing related at all, the motor wasn't apart other than intake manifold and valve cover. Some say the distributor can be 180 out, but not likely as it should still get a spark and stumble and try to run. Besides bad distributor any other no spark ideas? Besides cheap ebay distributors any suggestions?

The distributor was an eBay special, but

Factory ECU was just fixed, new capacitors etc. Was able to get it started again today by swapping out distributor with the other eBay (cardone) distributor. Car has some coolant leaks so I need to fix those. Good news it starts and idles half way decent, but there is a check engine light on. Ill pull codes and fix leaks and see what is going on. Thanks.

Make sure you have immobilizer key and video on utube to reset if not. I'm having same problem and changed the whole fuel pump. Turn key to #2 and see if you can hear. I'm going to try and fix automatic lock unlock, panic button. Taking apart and clean and solder if needed. Also relays behind glove compartment and #17 fuse under steering wheel. If you fix yours let me know and I'll do same
