what is the problem with the crank pulley? if the threads are messed up bring the bolt to auto zone advanced auto o'reiley's or a hardware store to find a tap to fix the threads and buy red thread lock so it stays tight i know when u turbo an engine on a honda its a known issue for the crank pulley bolt to loosen up.

It just the woodruff key section. The teeth been chip off a bit. I want to see if it still drive able in that condition? The bolt is fine. I had to make a woodruff key to replace that broken one that was broken in half. When the pulley rotate at high rpm, will it come off because the chip area or just jb weld it so it stay when it rotate. I don't want to have another one where the belt came off again and timing be mess up.

Looks like the pulley is not fully seated. I don't recall the pulley overhanging the crank by that much.

Nearly flush. Needs a little bit of space for the bolt to clamp the pulley.

Also make sure that bolt gets oiled and torqued correctly. The key is just for alignment, the clamping force of the bolt is what transmits the power.
