I am in need of fixing some wiring problems on my Del Sol, I am trying to get some help on where I can find some replacement harnesses for my car.
What I need most right now is to replace the connectors that plugs into my headlights and I have looked around and was unsure of what ones I need to buy.
If anyone can point me into the right direction of where I can buy some new connectors that I can splice in that would be great.
I refuse to drive the car at night if all my lights don't function properly.
As a side note, I need to also fix the harness connection that plugs into my TPS and IACV on my throttle body as it's throwing a code saying IACV Circuit Failure P1509.
Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated!
There are various headlight pigtails with either bare wires or terminals. This link to O'Reilly shows various brands. You can order from other sellers too based on what pigtail you prefer.
Many local auto parts stores may have the Dorman in stock. But, you can also order through Amazon, other sites, etc.
The Dorman wiring looks to be blue for low beam, red for high beam, and black for ground. If you have a multi-meter or other tester, you can check for continuity from the cavity terminal end to the wire end to verify.
Since the connectors are female, the following terminal numbers will be from the wire side (back view).
Dorman:
Terminal no. 1 - Blue (Low)
Terminal no. 2 - Blk (Ground)
Terminal no. 3 - Red (High)
The connectors and wiring are separate for the TPS and IACV. Are both connector's wiring damaged? Give some detail and post some pictures (attach the photos). Imgur doesn't allow external embedding.
Thanks for the info on the headlight wiring! I was able to get the new ones installed today.
As for the other stuff -
Whoever owned this vehicle before me used butt connectors in a few different places on the harness. It's looking like I would be better off getting a whole new harness that connects up to the throttle body and over to the alternator. I might be able to get up in there and try and repair what is there, but it might just be easier to replace than repair. Let me know what you think.

I plan on getting up under there some time this week to work on it. I wanna say it's 18 gauge wire, which I would have to buy since I only have 12 gauge and I'm not sure if I can get away with using that in the run.
