Trying to get b16 turbo tune done but wastegate will not open before 10 psi boost cut. Ordered a 7psi turbosmart ultragate 38 wastegate and when i took apart i had two springs inside. 7psi inner(brown/purple) and a 7psi outer (brown/pink). Im thinking i just need one in there but not sure. Took around 30 psi to open the wastegate with both springs in it with car off. I used air compressor to make sure it wasent stuck shut.looking to run 7 psi and my car is not opening the wastegate before my 10 psi boost cut. Do i need to have both spings in or just one. And if just one should i use outter or inner. Thank you very much.

I wouldn't do that. the correlation between what the gate sees and where you're putting the air pressure is going to be different. Remember, these aren't like TiALs. The colors and numbering is different.
