So recently I pulled out my b20b running obd0 pr4 Ecu due to a dizzy going out and also to change pumps and belts seals etc anyways the car ran fine before the dizzy died now I swapped it back in and the car won’t fire unless I hold the throttle down and only idle that way. I get a code for a iacv and I replaced it and it’s still doing the same thing also when I plug the iacv in the radiator fan turns on and stays on. I really don’t know what could be the issue I’m thinking maybe bad ecu or tps but it will rev up all the wAy. I really don’t know what it could be. If someone could point me into the right direction. Could it be a faulty dizzy Idk it gets fuel spark and it cranks but only fires if I give it gas and hold it to stay idling.
