Default Not starting

Hello Everyone,
I have a 93 Hondo Accord lx model (stick shift) that will not turn over. I have replaced the fuel system which includes, fuel pump, filter filter and the fuel injectors. I have also updated the “spark system” which includes battery replacement, Under the hood fuses were replaced, new starter, new alternator, ignition coil, spark plugs( i also had to Replace a helicoil). I did a few tests to make sure it wasn’t my fuel delivery acting up, but im getting fuel to my injectors and pressure to the fuel rail. Im completely thrown off, because its not throwing any codes or a check engine light.... help would be greatly appreciated!!! THANKS

You said you verified that you are getting fuel, have you pulled a plug and seen the spark from the plug to verify it as well?

Do you mean the starter will not engage and rotate the engine, because that is what turn-over means.

If your starter is not activating there are two places to check.
One is the Clutch Pedal Switch. You need to depress the clutch pedal to complete the circuit for the starter. Verify the switch is correctly adjusted and functional(electrically) and the rubber bumper on the pedal has not fallen off. Without the bumper the pedal may deform the switch and not allow it to release correctly.
Second is the ignition switch. When this switch gets older the contacts can wear out and the switch can also begin to physically fall apart which would prevent proper contact. Next time when turning the key to III(START) jiggle the key around in the cylinder to see if it 'catches' and begins to turn over.

There is also the possibility there is an older anti-theft system in the car you didn't know about and there is a kill switch or chip that needs to be inserted that may have fallen out.

I would recommend this simple check.
Block the wheels.
Put the transmission in Neutral.
Set the Parking brake.
Run a jumper wire from the battery solenoid to the Positive(+) terminal on the battery. If the starter turns over then you know there is a connection problem to the starter solenoid.
