93 Civic LX Fuel Injectors not Fuel injecting
I have a 1993 Honda Civic LX with 1.5L engine. Recently it was sitting for some time (3 months) and in that time the battery died completely. When I replaced the battery the car would no longer start. The first thing I checked was the fuel line, by uncapping the fuel rail which squirted out plenty of fuel when I turned the key to the proper place. I then checked the spark plugs, by pulling it out and watching as I try to start, which gave a spark. Then just in case i poured a small amount of gas into the cylinders and tried to start up, which resulted in firing but then just nothing.
I have determined that it is most likely the engine computer, but am not sure and do not even know where the computer is in the car. I have found a few on eBay, but they vary greatly in what they are for, so I would not know which to get. If there is nothing I could do personally then I will take it to a shop, but I would much prefer to do it myself.
Thank you all for your consideration.

Re: 93 Civic LX Fuel Injectors not Fuel injecting (jaxle)
Well, i got some fuel out of it and it seemed good, when i tested the spark plugs by manually putting fuel in, i used fuel that came out of the rail, so i dont think that is it, but I'll try.

Re: (solo2slocivic)
after spending six hours with a third party repair book, checking all the sensors, the ECU and most of the relays, i finally got to the sensors on the fuel injectors. pushed in on the plungers and they let out a crack and now it works. you were exactly right solo2slocivic. the only reason i didnt try that first was that the manual i had said that the little rubber thingers around the injectors had to be replaced if the injector was removed. turns out that was wrong too. runs fine now (except it is much louder than it normally is) i think there may be some rust in places it shouldnt be. after driving it for a week or so it should normal up. Thank you for your help, I wasn't sure what kind of response i would get as a first time poster, who didn't know very much, but i appreciate the friendlyness.
