Hey I just swaped in a d16a into my 96 ex with a y7. I swaped out the ECU and harness for a 2000 ya obd2b and did the harness jumper for the ckp sensor but still can't get spark I really would appreciate any help as soon as possibly

A 2000 engine harness doesn't work in a 1996 Civic... certainly not a "plug-n-play" affair anyway.
