Default 2nd fan not turning on

Hi honda tech. I just got my car back from the shop from gettin k swapped. I bought 2 fans for the radiator but only 1 turns on. The shop said the 2nd fan runs with the ac. But i have the ac and power steering deleted. My question, is there a way to have both fans run? Just hoping i didnt buy an extra fan that i dont need and is useless without ac. Any input/advice would be greatly helpful and appreciated. Thanks!

use a relay, trigger it with the stock fan wiring.

What car? And in any case, 2nd fan is pointless on older civics, since the rad and condenser are side by side and separate.
if it is a full size rad/condenser where one is in front of the other then turning on the 2nd fan is a good idea, in which case you could tie in the second one with the first.
You can splice it in, but in honesty I would recommend getting the second fan to turn on with the first but with a relay so as to not burden the electrical wiring of the first.

Thank you for the replies! Chasis is a 96 integra. I have a full size oem rsx radiator with 2 mishimoto fans. I dont know much when it comes to electrical so i will be asking the shop to take care of wiring it to the first with a relay. Thanks again!
