Thought I’d share my (it was only supposed to be a head gasket) daily sedan
Keep in mind it was a cheap sedan. Was looking for a commuter for my 70 mile round trip to work. Bought for a few hundred bucks, had a y7 swapped into it and it just needed a head gasket. Fixed the head gasket and on the test drive the transmission blew. Couldn’t quickly find a transmission but I did find a d16z with crx si trans for a good deal. So I thought sure why not have a single vtec. New swap goes in. Start getting excited feeling like I was in my teens again messing with Honda’s over 10 years ago. So I end up lowering it on coilovers, extended top hats all around, da big brakes up front, upper front camber kit, wheels, new lca, new tie rods, new axles, extended wheel studs, relocated battery to trunk, found a vw lip in the trunk, ordered a no name hood bra to hide a big dent, Replaced almost every suspension piece on this car fixing one issue after another. Spent way to much money it.

This shell is pretty rusty, trunk and qp rust but I got to deep in the daily project, I just want to keep going on it and have a clean ef to daily. (Not building to sell it and make a profit).
if anyone has ef goodies for sale let me know. I need interior, coilovers, driver headlight, taillights, rear disc would be cool. And any advice on where to go to have better luck finding parts for Ef’s would be great. Finding parts 10 years ago was a lot different.
still got some issues to work out:
vtec cracks sometimes(getting a new temp sending unit) temp guage works sometimes.
need new throttle cable, it’s torn.
needs new exhaust
heater doesn’t work
speedo doesn’t work
all power options work so that’s a plus. All lights work. My one speaker in the rear pod works.
