Default Springs that lower EM1 only 1 inch from stock, no lower

Hi, I have KYB AGX struts and H&R lowering springs on my car right now. I recently bought some Mickey Thompson's 235/60/15 for my car and I'm sitting right on the tire. And I mean very little room before rubbing(fenders already rolled). I thought about taking off the splash guards but am worried that the car still sits too low and will cause the tires to touch the metal when driving down the drag strip and cutting the tire(the welding point in the frame inside the wheel well).

Does anyone know of any lowering springs that will fit the KYB AGX struts and only lower the car 1 inch from stock? I tried to reinstall the stock springs but they're just too big for the struts. I also bought Monroe struts(Rock Auto parts) and they're the same size as the KYB struts so the stock springs don't fit them either.

Thanks in advance!

edit: I don't need a specific height other than for the new tires to clear the fender/splash guards. To the best of my knowledge, anything smaller than 1.75inch(my current height lowering springs) would work but I'd prefer 1inch if anyone knows of a brand.

if you need a specific height you need something adjustable imo, I would suggest something like ground controls

I don't need a specific height other than to clear the new tires I just bought. My current lowering springs lower 1.75" so any higher, smaller lowering rate, would work. I just chose 1" for the sake of finding a spring that worked and would allow some clearance for any bumps/bouncing on the track.

How do I even choose the right spring from them? They don't go by lowering height, they go by weight and height of spring. Is there some calculator that helps determine that or are those springs solely for coilovers?

the springs come with sleeves, you choose and spring rate and with civics people usually use a 7 or 8 inch spring I believe.

The sleeves allow you to adjust the height so you can dial it in to exactly what you want.

The lower you go the stiffer spring you need.

I am assuming that size tire is a drag set up, drag set ups usually have a stiffer rear spring, but the rear spring really dictates how comfortable the ride is going to be.

You should check out the suspension forum for more info on picking spring rates

WHY are you using that size tire ? It is nearly 3" taller than the original tire and 40mm wider... nothing is going to make this tire work properly on a street driven car.

Thanks I'm gonna look into them! It is sorta a drag setup, they're "street slicks"(soft compound tread). I post which tires they are in the link below.

I may or may not just keep my rear springs depending on how they function at the drag strip. Would it be bad to get an OEM shock/spring combo for the front? (performance wise) It would give me the clearance I need but don't know if it would kill the performance due to them being so soft

I went with the Mickey Thompson ET street S/S tires and that was the smallest size they had. The other ones had a much taller sidewall. It would definitely work on stock ride height, but I do think I would still have to be very careful on corners. Anyways the tires where bought mostly for drag purposes, I just needed them to be able to be street driven.
