Fuel pump relay

My screw for my fuel pump relay is stripped and wont budge at all. I have a 95 civic LX. Any ideas on how to get the screw out to replace the relay? I've been trying for days now with no progress

1. Try using a 6-point socket or 6-point closed-end wrench on the rounded bolt head.

Or

2. Try to slide it up and off the bracket.
