Default Dealer wants $2,800 to Replace ECM\PCM

2010 Honda Cross Tour...The car would not turn over and I could not hear the fuel pump prime. Towed to dealership was told 2800 for NEW ECM and that the ECM could be the reason the car will not turn over. All electrical is working even low tire pressure notification. Not sure what to do but I'm not paying 2800

Find a used PCM that matches your part number and have someone program the immobilizer to the PCM.
