I looked through 439 posts that came up on b18b search and found no answer. I'm using my civic lx harness, and i am missing one plug. Its the sensor on the first intake tube going into the engine from the leftside. I don't know what it is. Pleas some one help me. Thanks!

Actually its the one with the coolant hoses going to it. But the sensor has only two wires on the b18b, and on my civic its 3 wires and the plug looks different. Can I just hook up two of the three wires? Are they the same, even tho they look different? Thanks.

Not too sure what its called, but if you look from the back of the engine, its on the bottom side of the main manifold tubing, and it has coolant hoses connected to it. One of the hoses is from the throttle body.

ok the engine harness you have of your d16 is 3 wire.....your b18b is a 2 wire.....so what you will have 2 do if it is the IAC is rewire that plug and then re-pin the plug 2 ur ecu.....what i did was use a 98 EX engine harness 4 my swap cause i didnt want 2 have 2 be in the position ur in right now.....it is easiar.....for future swaps also.....

Dont use the orange wire. The other two wires match in color.

And you need to use the teg plug for the sensor. Just slice in the other two wires that match in color and tape up the orange one.
