Default Brake issues after ground control install

New member here but I've been lurking on the forum for years. I have a 96 civic dx, energy suspension bushings installed by previous owner. The first mod I did myself was koni oranges, with ground controls. However, after installation I have no brakes if I turn the steering wheel lock to lock. All I have to do is pump the brakes 2 or 3 times and pedal comes back, granted I turn the steering wheel back closer to center. But for some reason, if I turn all the way it's like air gets in the lines somehow. There are absolutely no leaks, I've checked 4 times. There is no air in the system, I've bled 4 separate occasions. It started immediately after the install. Almost like when turning to full lock that the brake line itself gets pinched? I've searched and found absolutely no one with the same problem. It's sitting about 1.5" lower than stock, not extremely low by any means. Any ideas on where to start?

Replace the master cylinder, and bleed all 4 wheels in the correct order. Then go from there.

Forgot to mention, master cylinder is brand new. 3 months old prior to install, and it performed perfectly as it should before the install. Rubber hoses are in good condition, no leaks or cracks. I covered all the basics prior to posting in an attempt to not waste anyone's time. I'm no master tech but I've exhausted all my knowledge.

Bleed all 4 wheels in the proper sequence. Do not let the MC get low on fluid during the procedure. It only takes a small amount of air to loose pedal pressure.

Then go from there.
