Default Steering Wheel off center and brakes not catching til almost all the way down???

i am in the process of replacing parts on my car, test drove it today around the block. the steering wheel is turned almost so the H emblem in the middle is laying on its left side. also, my brakes don't apply til the brake is almost all the way on the ground, and when you press the brake, it makes almost a creaking spring noise.

when i hit the curb that caused all this mess, i slid sideways into the curb with the right side of my car and my wheel was kinda cocked to the left trying to turn out of it. the car turns fine, just that the wheel is sittin all stupid. any ideas, anyone?

You might also try and bleed the brakes in all four wheels.....

i am putting on new rear lca's this friday once they arrive, we bled the brakes over 2 times... started RR, then RL, then FR, then FL. furthest from master cylinder to closest. anyone have any idea what the popping/creeking spring noise from my brake pedal is? just installed earl's brake lines.

My car makes a little whining noise almost everytime I press the brakes a little hard while going slow and the pedal goes kind of low too. I wonder what this could be as well???

RR => LF => LR => RF is the proper sequence to bleed your brakes. I'm not saying that is your problem, doing them wrong twice will get the job done.

Could be master cylinder, could be bad calipers. Check for fluid coming from your calipers.

if you pump the pedal a couple times and hold it, you should feel pressure on the pedal if its there only for a second or two you either have a leak or master cyclinder may be dying
