Default 2000 Civic Si LS Vtec component identification help

So I bought a built 2000 Si with an LS Vtec, it seems they ran a turbo since it no longer has the A/C and I'm guessing they blew the original B16A2 block and built it as an LS Vtec. It has the stock ECU, but I already got a P28, i just want to get the tune but since the motor was already built I dont know exactly what parts were used.

I need help/guidance on trying to ID as much parts with as little teardown of the engine as possible.
i.e. stroke, pistons, etc so that I can get the info for a tune. For example i have seen some pistons with marking on the top, say PR3, so i was thinking a boroscope through the spark plug hole, or say removing the oil pan to try and ID the crank and pistons for example.

Any ideas? And as well what should I look for? I couldnt find any safe way to ID the crank aside from measuring, but i dont have any reference info to know from what car it came.
I do know it is a B18B1 from a 1994 Integra, by the block code, it is a PR3 head, i'm assuming the original one from the car's B16A2, everything else as far as I know is stock, save for bolt ons (i/h/e) .
What markings or measurments should I look for on the crank/rods/pistons? So that i can properly ID them to know the info on the engine and know the CR and any other necesarry info?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, I am mechanically inclined and do all the work on my car, but hope to tear id down as little as possible/needed, and not afraid to get my hands dirty.

You are in the wrong forum for the Frankenstein LS VTEC. Post your thread in the hybrid engine swap forum to access the hybrid swap gurus.

Any competent TUNER can tune the car without knowing a single part brand/stage/color at all... the information that you have discussed here is only important to you. The critical elements to tuning will be external parts like injector size. So take the car in to get tuned... and make your list when you have time.
