So I keep blowing no. 1 fuse. The first time I hard the door chime after the fuse blowing it was slow. Testing the fuse box and noticed a ground on the bottom portion for the fuse. Tested the turn signal switch and left it unplugged. Unhooked backup lights and taped off wires. Still bad. Checked clock works. I took the whole fuse box out and noticed a burnt smell and this is what I see.

Does the ICU also control power to the tach, instrument cluster, clock or turn signals? Does anyone know where they can be purchased? I've read many of thread looking like the newest was 2018 and hoping someone has found an aftermarket company that sells them.
