Hi I know theres alot of these on here and most cases are the syncros but just makeing sure. Seems car shifts fine while it's cold but a hr into driving there will be a slight grind into . Noting major more like a scratc. But I dont want it to get worse so could it just be my granny fluid I use pennsoils synchro mesh. I was gonna try royal purples gear oil or is it my syncros

 

Can't say for sure what it is, but it will likely need more than synchros. The sooner you fix it, the cheaper it will be.
