The gage cluster except for gas gage, the power windows and sunroof quit working, all went out at the same time while I was driving. There is a fuse on driver's side panel fuse#7 the slot is damaged, and won't hold a fuse listed as sunroof relay, etc... Is this the problem or is it going to be some other relay under the dash?

 

If part of your fuse box is melted/damaged then there may be more damage on the backside affecting other parts.
Could be more helpful if you stated what year and engine your is.

 

2001 ex 2.3L VTech manual transmission. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the fuse box. I think it may be a relay under or behind the gage cluster.
