I just got into fixing my own car and the car shifts good and everything but every gear I shift into makes the shifter feel like it’s in neutral. I can put it in third gear and make it look like I’m in reverse. It doesn’t really bother me but I was just wondering what I can do to fix this. I don’t know if this is helpful but motor and trans came from a junked integra Ls so the engine is a b18b1. Thanks in advance.

 

Freshen up the shifter busings and and replace the shift linkage u-joint with a no-slop variant.
