I have a 97' civic ex i recently bought. When the a/c is on throttle responsiveness is weak and unpredictable. It drives fine when it is off. I checked the (iacv) and it was clean not sure where to check next. Any help is appreciated thanks.

 

Check the ignition timing with the light gun.
