Default Torn wire going to ac compressor

So AC went out today and I found that the wire that runs to the compressor tore due to a bad butt connector crimp from the previous owner. The tear is close to the round thing under the clip on the top of the compressor. What is that part and is it replaceable? I've highlighted the part in question.

Yes, the thermal protector set is separately replaceable. Honda part number 38908-PM9-A11

You'll want to put a dab of silicone sealant on the top of the thermal protector when you're replacing it.

Additional question do you know if it's only a Honda specific part or can it be purchased from aftermarket suppliers? I'm not seeing much but maybe I'm not looking in the right place.
