Default Flares or fender roll?

96 coupe. Trying to see on where I need to either roll my fenders or get flares for JNC 014 16x8.25 w/ 205 45. Still stock height just wanted to get wheels on first be for lowering it to have 0 camber and little to none wheel gap. I'm not into camber because I daily drive my car for work. Any help will be greatful
