Default D16Y7 Intake manifold on manual swap

I swapped my 98 civic lx auto to a manual transmission. I am wondering if I can just use the intake and throttle body from my auto intake. The D16Y7 uses the 3 wire IACV connection not sure if the PCM will care or not because of the different throttle body. Can some one tell me please.

1. Can I use the auto throttle body with the manual pcm
2. Do I need to modify anything if I do?

Yes use the auto TB and cable so that the IACV plugs in with no modification. Should be a easy swap.
